It's a challenge to keep everyone happy when looking for a flower girl dress, so we've been asking "what makes today's flower girls happy?"

At our studio, it's our mission to make sure your daughters, nieces, grand daughters and friends look fabulous. I hope the photographs show how beautiful and happy your girls will be. (if you want more details we can send a fabric or sash sample - we want you to see the quality yourself)

We photograph the girls, they aren't top models; they're more than that. They're clients, friends who come with their mums. The dressing room is full of laughter and fun. Just young girls feeling great and loving pretty dresses.

I know that your girls will look fabulous and feel like princesses too.

3. Keeping them comfortable...

It's wonderful looking great but they also need to be comfortable all day.

If the dress is too tight, scratchy or if seams are rough the stitching rubs, the girls will end up taking off the dress and that's a waste of money - we want you to have real value.

So we take care of comfort in two important ways:-

One - we use soft, cool lining

All Tara Lee dresses you can order are FULLY lined in soft satin or silks, and we check the finish by hand to make sure it's smooth for young skin.

Two - you can choose the perfect size using either standard or Made To Measure sizes.

Our standard sizes are perfect for the typical flower girl (each dress has a link to the sizechart), but if you feel you want a special fit, you can order our Made to Measure Service. And it's a special service...why?

Because there's more to Tara Lee's "Made to Measure" service than 'altering' some mass produced dresses...

Forgive me if I get a little passionate here, but please note - when you order a Tara Lee dress you don't get some outfit that has been shipped in bulk, unstitched, altered and restitched - no not at all. You deserve better than that.

When you order a Tara Lee "Made to Measure" dress, you get a personalised, unique dress made to your measurements, made in England and made by hand. And there's more...

The pattern is custom made to your sizes...how?

1. You measure (inches or cm) and send us the sizes with the order. The button on the product page has the three measurements you will need, please note they are actual body measurements (we will add extra for movement).

2. We use your sizes to make a unique pattern. This allows us to hand cut and size the dress just for you.

3. Ten to fifteen days from order, it's delivered to your door.

You unwrap the carefully packed parcel and smile as your party girl, flower girl

or bridesmaid dances around the room like a princess.

And the price for the made to measure option?...

You've told us times are tight. So we are giving you made to measure from just £19.99 per dress.
