I love the dress I have seen, but am getting married in six months time, can I order in advance?
You can, but once you order we ask that you send us an e-mail with details of your required delivery date, we then put all the materials for your order to one side ready for us to manufacture.
I am not sure what size to order?
For your convienence we have a size chart, this will help you select the age you require. If you are still undecided you can call us on 01516 539 963 (between 9am & 5pm) and you can speak to a member of our Design Team for advice. E-Mail Us.
Can I visit your premises?
You are welcome to come and visit us at Tara Lee House, we are based on the Wirral in the North West Of England, we do ask that you give us 24 hours notice for your appointment, so we can have a designer available to meet with you. Please contact us on 01516 539 963 (weekdays between 9am and 5pm).
Can I have customised colours and sashes?
If you need to match the colours of your bridal party, as the manufacturer we can post swatches of fabrics that are used in the style you like to you, please send your address and fabric details to: Gloria@taralee.co.uk this is a free service.
Please be aware that all swatch enquiries are dealt with and posted to you at the end of business every Friday.
How long will my bespoke/made to measure garments take to arrive?
As you can imagine bespoke/made to measure dresses take longer for us to make for you. With bespoke/made to measure the process is slightly different to normal, one of our designers is assigned to your dress or dresses and make the pattern pieces specifically for your flower girl dress to your measurements, because of this and other special requirements delivery can take up-to 15 working days.
Can I have a different coloured sash?
You can have a different coloured sash on but only on certain styles, shown on the Customisable Flower Girl Dress page.

I have ordered the wrong age, can I exchange?
You can exchange your garment for a bigger or smaller age. Please fill in the return form that comes with your order stating the replacement age you require, also fill in your contact number so we can contact you about payment for postage.
Where are your items made?
All of our garments are manufactured on site at Tara Lee House here in the North West of England, we are very proud to be one of the last remaining manufacturers of childrens wear in the UK.
How quickly will you respond to emails?
We do our best to respond to all e-mails within two working days of receiving e-mails but aim to respond within one day.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Unfortunately we are no longer able to take card payments over the telephone - this is because of new stringent security regulations. We at Tara Lee take your card and personal security very seriously.
When can I expect my order?
If your order is in stock, it will be sent the next day (Provided it was ordered before 3pm the day before). IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT IN STOCK we will despatch goods (UK & N Ireland) within 15 WORKING DAYS of order. Please allow 18 days for overseas orders. Any delay the customer will be notified by e-mail. With UK orders we use Swift Dispatch and Special Delivery, both are overnight services, this is as much for your peace of mind as ours.
Why do you charge postage, other sites do not?
We charge postage because we use a professional carrier to deliver your goods to your door. The package can be tracked from leaving our premises all the way to your door. We believe that all the items we sell are important to our customers and would not want a bridesmaid dress or christening suit to go missing for your special day. Unfortunately there is a cost to this, we are sure you will agree it is a nominal cost for the peace of mind it gives you.
