Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Department by returning your acknowledgement e-mail to us stating your intention to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after that on which you receive the goods or any day prior to that date. As TaraLee.co.uk always makes a great effort to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order being dispatched in time. In this instance please return the order following the Returns Instructions that are contained in the parcel. Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by e-mail your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us unused in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. *IMPORTANT: All garments are dispatched with a “Security seal”. If the tag is removed or broken, the garment will be deemed to have been worn and accepted by you and you will not be entitled to return the item for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The goods must be returned to our trading address, and you may have to pay the shipping costs. We prefer items are to be returned via Royal Mailed Signed For or Special Delivery as we cannot take responsibility for lost items in transit.
