Intellectual Property Rights For Tara Lee Photographs

Imagery (e.g. product photography) has been created in-house by Tara Lee UK Ltd and is therefore under their ownership. If you wish to use any imagery found on the website you must first obtain the permission of Tara Lee UK Ltd.

1. Payment Options

TaraLee.co.uk accepts all major credit and debit cards. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared. Your credit card company will convert orders placed with taralee.co.uk from UK Pounds Sterling into your local currency when they process the transaction. Please remember that exchange rates vary all the time.

2. Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund or exchange (excluding made to measure garments), provided the Returns Instructions (contained in the parcel) are followed. Please note refunds can only be issued, when the garment is returned within 28 days of receipt.

3. Delivery Times

Tara Lee will despatch goods (UK & Northern Ireland) between 2 and a maximum 15 DAYS upon receipt of order, please note this does not include made to measure orders. Please allow up-to 20 working days for overseas deliveries. In the event of a delay the customer will be notified.

*Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 2 working days longer.

4. Delivery Methods

A delivery charge will be added as a separate item at the time of placing the order, for orders outside the UK. We at Tara Lee send all our goods UK Special Delivery or APC Delivery, this is a FREE SERVICE WITHIN THE UK. This is as much for our peace of mind as yours.

UK and Northern Ireland FREE POSTAGE! APC Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. (If item is in stock and the order is received before 3pm GMT it will be sent the day of order.)

We send all UK & Ireland orders special delivery so your goods are fully insured and traceable.

If in stock, your order will be sent the next day. IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT IN STOCK we will despatch goods (UK & N Ireland) within 15 WORKING DAYS of order. Please allow 18 days for overseas orders.

5 Made To Measure

Made to measure garments are non-refundable. Please be aware that made to measure deliveries can take up to 28 working days.

*All measurements must be made in centimetres, NO EXCEPTIONS.

6 Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods for a refund at any time up to 28 days from date of delivery, PROVIDED IT IS IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION, HAS NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED AND IS IN OUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, FREE FROM ODOURS AND HAS OUR TAGS ATTACHED. To do this you must contact us by e-mail as returned goods will not be accepted unless authorised by us. We will only then issue a full refund, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The goods must be returned to our trading address, and you may have to pay the shipping costs. We prefer items to be returned via Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery as we cannot take responsibility for lost items in transit. Please note garments returned after 28 days will not be refunded.

7 Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Department by returning your acknowledgement e-mail to us stating your intention to cancel your order within 3 working days from the day on which you place the order. At taralee.co.uk always makes a great effort to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order being dispatched in time. In this instance please return the order following the Returns Instructions that are contained in the parcel. Where your order is returned to us within 28 days of your delivery date, you must also notify us by phone or by e-mail of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full. If you cancel, you must return goods at your own cost, and protect them against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration of the goods you will be charged for the reduction in value. This includes damage incurred while trying garments on, any smoke or perfume odours. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales within the UK & European Union (EU)

Children's clothes are exempt from 'Value Added Tax' (VAT) at the standard rate (currently 20%). For all orders despached to addresses within the EU, VAT at 20%, will be added as required, even if you order from outside the EU.

Sales outside the UK & European Union (EU)

No taxes will be added to your order by Tara Lee UK. You may be liable to pay tax or duties on delivery but this will depend upon your country's tax lawes. The courier may ask for these payments on behalf of your national or regional authorities, on or before delivery. Tara Lee UK has NO control over these charges. For further information regarding import duties or taxes, please consult your regional/national authority. Changes To These Terms, we at Tara Lee reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time, please do not assume that the same terms will apply to any future orders.
